North Point Manor Phase 1 - Wing 1
Wing 1 is the first phase in the North Point Manor community. It is a 26,000 SF facility that consists of 23 suites ranging from bachelor to two-bedroom fully independent apartments that have to ability to accommodate changing care needs. Projected early 2024 completion.
What sets North Point Manor apart is our vision. When completed, this 55+ community will allow you to move in and take advantage of worry free living.
You can enjoy the grounds without having to do the yard work, you can travel without having to worry about your home being secure, and you can be independent and still be a part of a community. But even more than that, you can know that if one day you need more assistance, you don’t have to worry about moving, getting on a waiting list, or leaving your home and your community. Our suites are perfectly functional for independent living, but can also accommodate people with limited mobility, including wide doorways, barrier free washroom options, and the ability to install lifting assistance devices.
If you need additional assistance, care staff is able to come into your suite to help you with daily tasks, as you need it. You can cook in your own kitchen, but if you need or want, you can access North Point’s dining options. You can do your own laundry, or let North Point do it for you. You can own your own vehicle, or you can take North Point’s shuttle and let us do the driving.
North Point Manor will be a place that you can come to and not worry about where you are going to have to move next.
